My company is the direct seller of used rails in South Africa ; I have
been mandated by the Honorable Minister of Transport to sale and
negotiate with a foreign company who can purchase the products as
stated below under an annual contract term.

Due to underground rail road that have been awarded here in South
Africa, We have allocation of 650,000 M/T from South African Railway
corporations our unit auction price is $160 per M/T and our CIF price
is $245 per M/T.

Width: 5.5 inches; Weight: 65Kg/143.3lbs.
No fishplates or steel pieces or bolts are attached to the used rails. All
rails are clean and straight. No pitting. Only atmospheric rust. No heavy rust.

Our payment term is by T/T or LC within 14 days upon the arrival of
the materials at the destination port. Please confirm if you are
willing to close down the contract as to enable us schedule and
arrange for your urgent trip to South Africa for inspections of the
materials and signing of the contract with us and the representatives
of the ministry.
